Antonio Cassano lors du 4-0 infligé à la Juve par la Roma en 2003-2004 (Sipa)

Trublion numéro un du football italien, plus connu pour ses frasques que ses exploits sportifs, Antonio Cassano sort à 26 ans sa première autobiographie, Dico Tutto (je dis tout), qui sort le 19 novembre de l'autre côté des Alpes. Un recueil d'anecdotes croustillantes et de petites phrases assassines dont la Gazzetta dello Sport a publié les bonnes feuilles. Du pain béni pour nous autres journaleux.

Parmi les innombrables facéties du "Talentino", on retient bien sûr ses rapports houleux avec ses ex-entraîneurs, Fabio Capello en tête qui l'a dirigé à l'AS Rome et au Real Madrid : "A Tarragone, Capello m'a fait m'échauffer pendant toute la seconde mi-temps avec Ronaldo. Dans le vestiaire, je me suis approché pour lui dire que c'était une merde, et qu'il était plus faux qu'un billet de Monopoly". Car c'est bien lors de son passage dans la capitale espagnole que celui qui revendique "4 fiancées et 600 à 700 conquêtes", a le plus pété les plombs :

"Le pire c'était à Madrid parce qu'on vivait à l'hôtel. Je m'étais fait pote avec un serveur. Il devait me ramener trois ou quatre croissants après avoir fait l'amour. Il ramenait les croissants, moi je lui filais la fille. Du sexe et de la bouffe, la nuit parfaite." Et de préciser que c'est après avoir tirer sa crampe qu'il brillait sur le terrain. "Regardez le 4-0 de Roma - Juve. J'avais eu un rapport sexuel ce dimanche matin avec une des nombreuses amies de l'époque."

Jouant aussi sur la corde sensible, Cassano revient sur son enfance difficile, déclarant qu'il a "vécu 17 ans dans misère et 9 comme de millionnaire. Encore 8 ans de football, et le bilan sera équilibré". A le croire, il aurait même pu franchir la ligne jaune à un détail près : "Sans ce but marqué contre l'Inter en 1999 , je serais probablement devenu un voleur, un délinquant."

Autant de révélations qui devraient ravir ses dirigeants de la Sampdoria Gênes et les éventuels clubs susceptibles de s'intéresser à lui.
